Marc Filmer here...

I'm a solo piano and strings composer who has a romantic musical soul and write contemporary-instrumental music straight from the heart.

I was born in the south-west of England and am now based in the north-east of America and my music has a European neo-classical influence, in the vein of composers like Ludovico Einaudi and Olafur Arnalds.

There is often a relaxing 'new-age' feel to my pieces, which is reminiscent of popular internet-radio artists like Brian Crain & Paul Cardall.

I'm a huge fan of classic movie themes and is inspired by the pianistic works of hollywood film composers like John Barry, James Horner and Thomas Newman.
